It is not a law firm, a licensed financial adviser, a broker dealer, an immigration authority, or a corporate trustee.

Kenyan legal work is performed by qualified Kenyan advocates through a Mombasa based law firm with which the firm is vertically integrated. Founder John Morris De Bellotte is a Pennsylvania businessman who has operated businesses since 1998.
