Every engagement is coordinated by our United States consultancy. Kenyan legal work, including immigration, conveyancing, trusts, and succession, is performed independently by qualified Kenyan advocates through the Mombasa based law firm with which we are vertically integrated. Property and construction work is delivered with registered quantity surveyors and qualified general contractors. Trust and family-office administration and on-the-ground Kenya implementation are coordinated under the same framework. About the Founder

John Morris De Bellotte is the founder of Diaspora Freedom Initiative. He is a Pennsylvania businessman who has operated businesses since 1998 and studied at Reading Area Community College. He leads a United States consultancy coordinating Kenya relocation, immigration support, market entry, property, retirement, and generational wealth engagements. He is not an advocate or attorney and does not provide legal advice.
